Job Description

Job Summary:
The PowerPoint Designer contractor position will create engaging multi-media presentation materials according to project requirements and aligned with employer’s brand guidelines, under the direction of the Brand Design Lead and project team. This person will support high-impact executive-level projects and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Opportunities for full-scale, campaign-level projects. This is a remote position with possibility of occasional on-site requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Create branded presentation materials following a template style guide and adhering to employer's brand guidelines
• Edit photos and graphics as necessary to create consistent presentation visuals
• Prioritize assignments, workflows and timely execution
• Collaborate with project managers and multiple matrixed team stakeholders,
• Emphasis on file preparation, layer organization and maintaining proper project file asset management

Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in graphic design or related field preferred

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong knowledge of combining Brand color, layouts and typography for print and web
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail
• Thrives in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
• Optimistic, team player desire, passion, and motivation to deliver accurate results while providing a superior brand experience
• Goal-oriented self-starter, a collaborator that that is motivated by getting multiple things completed concurrently
• Ability to be agile, support multiple efforts with receptivity to changes necessary to help the team be as successful as possible
• Software: Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software, Project management tools such as Monday.com.
