- Internal Email Distribution
- Vendor meetings
- Vendor / Employee appointments (i.e. script reviews, photo and video shoots)
- Room logistics and calendar management

Mail and Invoices:
- Event Logistics; Media and guest event badges, Security / COVID, Giveaway distribution, Ticket distribution, Promotional item management (i.e. banners, etc.)
- Subscription Management
- Document/Approvals Management
- Charitable Trust
- Check Requests
- Distribution of award letters and checks

What You Need to Know:
- Org and Company announcements
- Daily Clips Report – In The News, Monthly
- Metrics Reports
- ERIC / InfoHub; Daily content uploads
- One Voice App; Uploads, Alerts, Member management
- Newsroom; Upload content to Media Center, distribute news releases through Meltwater, Loading media kits
