Job Description
Responsibilities of this position include:
• Troubleshoots and repairs all avionics equipment and electrical systems on aircraft
• Communicates with department manager or crew chief on any problems or repairs
• Ensure all work performed is inspected by an authorized repair station inspector
• Prepares various documents for record keeping purposes as required by company policies, FAA approved
repair station and quality control manuals, all FAA regulations, OEM aircraft manufacturer manuals, etc.
• Learns, understands and follows the company work order and parts requisition process as written.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and efficient work area
• Repairs and calibrates shop equipment as assigned

• Excellent mechanical aptitude and a desire to work
Other requirements include:
• 7+ years experience working on and troubleshooting aircraft avionics and airframe systems.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of FARs 43, 91, 135, 145.
Experience working with and repairing the following aircraft systems:
• Autopilots, Flight Management Systems, Navigation and Communication Systems, EFIS, Aircraft Electrical
Systems, Lighting, Pitot and Static Systems
• Any bench repair capabilities preferred
• A&P License / FCC License a plus
