HR Services Administrator

Job Summary:
This role will oversee leading an electronic and paper employee personnel filing project for the Employee Service Center.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Review and file historical paper files in an organized fashion

  • Arrange file pick-up and drop-offs at our Iron Mountain storage facility

  • Lead clean-up efforts of historical electronic files

  • Scan and index electronic files within our electronic filing system

  • Maintain strict confidentiality on files that are processed

  • Audit electronic and paper files throughout the project

  • Provides weekly status updates throughout the project on status and audits

  • Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the project plan

  • Assist with any additional work, as requested by manager

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to follow written instructions and procedures

  • Proficiency PC applications; including, Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with employee information

  • Excellent project management skills

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred

  • Experience in a Business-Related field or Human Resources, is preferred
